3. Customer - an entity whose personal data is processed on any basis specified in art. 6 GDPR, hereinafter also referred to as: "You";
4. Cookies - text files saved by the browser on a computer or mobile devices;
5. Privacy Policy - this privacy policy;
6. Profiling - any form of automated compilation of information about a given person in order to make decisions concerning him or her or to analyze or predict his preferences, behaviors and attitudes;
7. Terms – terms and conditions of the store on the website: www.ptrlsm.com;
8. Store - an online store run by PTRLSM via the website: www.ptrlsm.com.
II. General provisions
1. The administrator of your personal data is the following entity:

2. The scope of responsibility regarding the fulfillment of the Administrator's obligations under the GDPR:
a. performance of the information obligation towards customers;
b. enabling Customers to exercise their rights under the GDPR.
3. PTRLSM respects the right to privacy and cares about the security of your data. For this purpose, it ensures a level of security corresponding to the risk of violating the rights and freedoms of natural persons as a result of the processing of personal data.

IV. Purposes and bases of processing:
1. Your personal data will be processed by PTRLSM in order to:
a. take action in connection with the conclusion and performance of the sales contract, at the request of the data subject (data necessary to conclude the contract are indicated in the Regulations), accepting and considering complaints, conducting correspondence with the Customer in order to, for example, answer a question - to pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR;
b. fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (including tax) - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c) GDPR;
c. implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interests (e.g. pursuing or securing claims) - pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
2. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide the personal data indicated in the Regulations necessary to conclude the Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude this contract.
3. The Administrator does not process the Customer's personal data in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
V. Categories of data processing
We process the following categories of Customers' personal data:
a. First name and last name;
b. Address;
c. E-mail adress;
d. Phone number;
e. Payment card details (in the case of card payments);
f. Data necessary to issue a VAT invoice.
VI. Data recipients
We may share your personal data with the following recipients:
a. employees, associates, related companies of the Administrator;
b. carriers or intermediaries performing shipments at the request of the Administrator;
c. selected entities handling the above payments in the Store;

Personal data processed on the basis of a separate, voluntary consent will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, objections to their processing are raised or until it is no longer necessary for the implementation of the above. purpose. However, after this period, until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims.
IX. Your rights
1. You have the right to:
a. access to your data and receive a copy thereof;
b. rectification of your data;
c. deletion of data;
d. data processing restrictions;
e. object to the processing of your data, the provision of which is voluntary;

g. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

The Administrator, without undue delay, and in any case within one month from the date of receipt of the request, will provide the Customer with information about the actions taken in connection with the implementation of the above. right. 4. In the event of any breach of security and protection of any personal data collected by the Administrator, the Customer is obliged to report such an incident immediately, i.e. no later than within 24 hours to the e-mail address: contact@ptrlsm.com
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in 00-193 Warsaw, Stawki 2.
X. Cookies
1. The online store uses cookies to collect information related to the Customer's use of the store in order to:

b. creating viewing statistics for the Store's subpages;
