Print publication, editorial direction and launch - 2024
Strategy, editorial direction and launch for a major hospitality
group's first print publication. Concept, design partnership,
communication, distribution. A magazine built as brand-building
infrastructure.
The Odder Side pop-up - 2021
Pop-up retail collaboration between Polish fashion brand The Odder
Side and a premium urban hospitality group. Brand partner selection,
in-hotel activation, supporting events.

End-to-end brand strategy for a hybrid hospitality concept. Six-phase
engagement: strategic audit through identity guardrails. Brand as
alignment infrastructure across building, operations and communication.

End-to-end brand and experience strategy. Core concept, guest journey,
implementation, rollout.
Hotel group repositioning - Poland, 2025
Brand development strategy and portfolio positioning within one of the
largest hotel groups in the country.

PTRLSM Studio focuses on three connected territories:
- Premium automotive culture: brands, dealers, partnerships, events.
- Cultural partnerships across sectors: fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, media.
- Brand publishing and editorial work: magazines, books, content frameworks.
We take three to five engagements per year. Sprints from six weeks to six-month projects. We work directly with founders, owners and senior teams.
Based in Poznań (PL) and Berlin (DE), working across Europe and beyond.
We work with brands building something genuinely worth caring about.
PTRLSM Studio is the cultural and creative arm of an independent strategic branding practice founded and led by Dawid Grausch.
It operates alongside PTRLSM Magazine - our independent publication for contemporary automotive culture, launching Issue Zero soon. The two practices share standards and people; the studio funds the magazine's editorial independence.
